How to insert a signature in Incredimail XE

Okay, there are two ways in which you can add your signature using Incredimail, a simple 'insert graphic' or using the built in letter creator. Here is the simple way.

1. SIMPLE WAY

Obtain your animated signature file and save it to you hard disk.

Start Incredimail Start Incredimail


Select 'New Mail'. Select 'New Mail'


Compose your mail, and click on the 'Insert Picture' icon.

Compose your mail, and click on the 'Insert Picture' icon.

Click on Browse, and locate your signature.gif file

Click on Browse, and locate your signature.gif file

Okay that, and now you should see your animated signature in your mail window.

Click on send......that's it!
