 OUTLOOK
To insert an animated signature in Outlook, click on 'New', and compose a new mail in the normal way.
In options make sure that HTML mail is selected.
place your cursor where you would like your sig to appear then in the toolbar click on
'Insert' > 'Picture' > 'From File
locate the signature file that is saved on your Hard Disk and 'Insert', at this point the signature will not animate and only the first frame of the animation will display....have faith!
Click on send and thats it, the recipient will receive the animation in full (don't believe us.... CC yourself a copy and see!
OUTLOOK EXPRESS
Okay, there are two ways in which you can add your signature using Outlook or Outlook Express, a simple way and .......another way.
1. SIMPLE WAY
Obtain your animated signature file and save it to your hard disk (computer).
Start Outlook 
Select 'New Mail'. 
Select Format as 'Rich Text (HTML)'.
A new format toolbar will now appear in your window.
Compose your mail, and click on the 'Insert Picture' icon.
Click on Browse, and locate your signature.gif file
Okay that, and presto, now you should see your animated signature in your outlook mail window.
Click on send......that's it!
