1. SETUP
First, your signature animation must be uploaded to online web space,
you should also have the URL (online address) of the image.
Your ISP normally provides you with free webspace please contact your
providers to obtain the URL of this space if you dont already know it.
You can also get free webspace from many online sources such as:
Obtain your animated signature file and upload to your selected webspace.
Sign into your Yahoo mail account. 
On the left of the screen select 'Mail Optons' :
Then select 'General preferences' :
Click on "plain text" option, or that it is selected as shown:
And 
Now follow these steps (make sure you know the online address
where your signature image is stored)
Click 'Compose'
Click in the compose window and press [ENTER] on your keyboard
(this is to create a blank line, you will see why later)
1. Enter the following:

<img src="http://www.myfreespace.com/signature.gif">
</html>
using the URL where you uploaded your sig file
2. Leave the rest blank and click on the 'Save as draft' button.
Now go back to 'Mail Optons' > 'General preferences'
and select 'color and graphics'
And
Thats all you need to do for the setup.
2. SENDING YOUR SIGNATURE
When you enter Yahoo mail to compose a new mail do NOT click on [Compose].
From now on, whenever you want to send an email with your
signature you will have to follow the following procedure:
Click on 'Draft' in the menu.
Select the draft that you created above, subject [None].
Compose your mail in the usual way starting above the signature.
(this is why you created a blank space before)
Send your mail.
